Using forms

To use forms in PDF format, you need Adobe’s Acrobat Reader software. A free download of the software is available at Adobe Reader.

The forms are “active” PDF forms, which can be filled in on your computer. They can also be printed and filled in by hand.

Please note that nowadays you can save a filled-in form using Acrobat Reader. It is possible to save a form for future purposes by right-clicking the link to the form. Choose the “save” option on the menu, which allows you to save the form file in the folder or directory of your choice. Once the file has been saved, you can also create a shortcut to it on your desktop, for later filling in using Acrobat Reader.
