Certificate charges

Extract and copy charges
* Certified extract or copy 2 euros per page, for a party, at most 80 euros per document
* Copies 50 cent per page (A4) or 1 euro per page (A3) , for a party, at most 80 euros per document
* Copy or extract that demands special actions 3 euros per page, for a party, at most 167 euros per document
* Scanned documet by e-mail: like fax

Fax
* Certificate: certificate charge
* Copy: copy charge

Extract or copy to be delivered by post, at least 7 euros

Audio or video recording or copy
* Costs of the tape or other media + 25 euros
* If the delivery involves more than two hours work, an additional fee of 20 euros is charged for every full hour that exceeds two hours, at most 507 euros.

OTHER CHARGES AND MISCELLANEOUS COSTS

Service of notices
* Service and certificate of service 30 euros, also attempts
* Free of charge if the court performs the service

* Service of a document to a foreign country 30 euros
* Free of charge if trial charge or petition charge is collected
* In addition, full charges, fees and costs invoiced by the foreign affairs administration and the party performing the service function abroad

Publication costs
* The Official Gazette in accordance with the invoice, unless included in the petition charge; includes not the costs for notification of a temporary injunction in a matter relating to corporate restructuring

Provision of access to information
* The charge for provision of access to information in accordance with section 34(2) of the Act on the Openness of Government Activities will be determined in accordance with actual costs and imposed by the authority who provided the service.

Overdue surcharge 12 euros per performance

CIVIL MARRIAGE AND REGISTRATION OF PARTNERSHIP

* outside office hours 200 euros
* during office hours, but outside the office 120 euros
* In addition, the travelling expenses of the officiator or registrar will be charged
