Automatic data collection

No data is collected on individual visitors. The web pages of the judicial administration contain static HTML only; they contain no cookies. However, the server will store general data that will be used in the production of user statistics.

General data will be collected of the visitors to the website as follows:

• The service provider used by the visitor.
• The page from where the visitor has entered the service and the page from which the visitor leaves the service. In addition, data is stored on the service to which the user moves.
• In addition, the website keeps hit statistics for each individual page on the website.

Data collection

The website of the judicial administration requires no registration. The Ministry of Justice does therefore not collect any data on the visitors. If a visitor sends feedback through the pages, no information will be provided to third parties.

Any information on the visitors will be kept confidential and not given or sold to third parties.
