Other registers
The register on bankruptcies and reorganisations, the register on restructurings of private debts and the register on bans on business operations are public registers from which everyone can order extracts subject to a charge. By means of data stored in the registers, it is possible for one to attend to one’s own interests when demanding payments or concluding agreements. An extract costs 20,00 euros.
NOTE! One can only order an extract from the criminal records on oneself and orders for extracts are merely received in writing; for further information, refer to pages:

Data necessary for an order:

- business identification number
- orderer’s name and address
Register on Restructurings of Private Debts
Comprises the data on applications for and decisions on restructurings of private debts.
Data necessary for an order:
- person’s name
- identity number
- orderer’s name and address
Register on Bans on Business Operations
Comprises the data on judged bans on business operations.
Data necessary for an order:
- person’s name
- identity number
- orderer’s name and address
